Electrical problems that are not cosmetic.

Breakers that keep trippingA breaker doing its job repeatedly is telling you a circuit is overloaded or failing. Resetting it is not a fix.
Warm outlets or burning smellStop using the circuit and call. This is the failure mode that becomes a house fire.
Lights dimming when things startUsually an undersized service or a loose neutral. Both are worth finding before they find you.
No capacity for an EV chargerOlder 100A services are already full. We measure the load and tell you what your panel can actually carry.

Half of what we replace was a warning somebody lived with.

A warm outlet, a breaker that trips every Sunday, a flicker when the AC starts. Small visits now, instead of a big one later.

Questions we get about this.

Do you pull permits?

Yes, where the village requires them. Unpermitted electrical work is a problem when you sell.

Can my panel handle an EV charger?

We measure the actual load rather than guessing from the sticker, then tell you honestly whether you need an upgrade first.

Do you replace Federal Pacific panels?

Yes. Those and Zinsco panels are a known hazard and a common insurance flag.

Is a flickering light urgent?

If it flickers when a large appliance starts, it is usually a capacity issue. If it flickers randomly, it can be a loose connection, which is worth same-week attention.

Other things we fix.

Something electrical not right?

Call and a person picks up. Burning smells and warm outlets get same-day priority.
