Privacy Policy

Effective as of August 2026. Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what we collect when you use this website, why, and what happens to it.

1. Information we collect

  • Information you give us. Name, phone number, ZIP code and the description you submit through a request form, so we can schedule a visit and call you back.
  • Automatically collected data. IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed and referring source.
  • Cookies and similar technologies. Used for analytics and advertising measurement. You can manage or disable cookies in your browser settings.

2. How we use it

  • To schedule and perform the service you asked for, and to follow up about that work.
  • To measure which advertising and pages actually produce calls, so we spend less on the ones that do not.
  • To meet legal and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not add your phone number to marketing lists you did not ask for.

3. Third-party services

We use third-party analytics and advertising tools, which may include Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising products. These services may set cookies or receive event data about your interaction with this site, including on a server-to-server basis. Their handling of that data is governed by their own policies: Google Privacy & Terms and Meta Privacy Policy.

4. Opting out of personalized ads

You can opt out of personalized advertising through Google Ads Settings, your Meta ad preferences, or industry tools such as the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out tool.

5. Calls and recordings

Calls to and from our business lines may be recorded for quality and training purposes. Where recording applies, you hear a notice at the start of the call, and you may ask us not to record.

6. Text messages

If you give us your mobile number, we may text you about the appointment itself, for example a technician on the way. Reply STOP to opt out of any further messages. Message and data rates may apply.

7. Data security

We take reasonable measures to protect information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we do not claim otherwise.

8. Children’s privacy

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. Changes appear on this page with a new effective date.
